10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No Guarantee of Continuous Service

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

11. Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability Cap

IMPORTANT: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sling Data Labs LLC’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Under no circumstances shall Sling Data Labs LLC be liable for:
